FHM'S 100 SEXIEST WOMEN OF 2008

Ali is #19 on FHM's 100 Sexiest Women of 2008 list. Apparently she got a lot sexier the past year after ranking #100 on the 2007 list.  #1 is Transformers starlet Megan Fox, followed by Jessica Biel (#2) and Jessica Alba (#3). Heroes co-star Hayden Panettiere ranked #11, while fellow Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back jewel thief Shannon Elizabeth was #46 and Legally Blonde pal Reese Witherspoon was voted #86.

LOS ANGELES -- CRAZY, an independent feature film inspired by the tragic life and groundbreaking music of legendary 1950s-era guitarist Hank Garland, is an official selection at the first annual Charleston International Film Festival in Charleston, South Carolina.
Director Rick Bieber also co-wrote the script for CRAZY with Jason Ehlers and Brent Boyd. Their work was recently honored with the Daily News Award for Best Screenplay at the Los Angeles area's 10th Annual Method Fest in Calabasas, CA, where it had its west coast festival premiere. Ray Scherr and guitar hero Steve Vai (who also performs a cameo as Hank Williams) are the film's Executive Producers under the Favored Nations Films mantle. X |

TV recap/fan sites like Television Without Pity have a significant impact on television's creative community, as producers are able to instantly track fans' reactions to their programming. In addition to the entertainment these portals provide readers, they have become the ultimate focus group, making passionate, informed, unfiltered audience responses to new material a simple click away. We are gathering writers behind some of the more well-known sites to discuss the influence of fan sites on programming, the culture of actively engaged critical communities, and their position in the "legitimate" critical landscape.
Panelists include creators and contributors from Lostpedia, Ugly Is In, Galactica Sitrep, OfficeTally, Whedonesque, and Television Without Pity.
